The common impression cylinder for all colour units has a cylindrical accuracy 0f +0, 005 mm. The special heating and water cooling system holds the temperature constant to with +0.5°C. These are the conditions for uniform, register accurate printing specially designed for process colour printing on thin packaging films. NON STOP unwind unit for fully automatic reel change.This is one of the latest & most advanced unwind & rewind units in the world because of its reliability, efficiency & economy By buying this press equipped with this unwind & rewind, It's already cost effective. The electric wiring system of CONQUEROR 636, 645 & 654 incorporate the latest technical developments. All the electrics follow the European specification and this press is designed to completely satisfy the British Sale Guard regulation (which will be adopted by the E.E.C. standard in 1992). A web scan facility using the most up to data technology will enable the operate to monitor the whole print area at the touch of a button and check any variations i.e. register, overhunder inking etc. Additional monitors may bemounted else where to customers requirements (This is an option) NON-STOP rewind unit for fully automatic changed at full machine speed. Minimum waste at reel changing without stopping the machine. Also available is a NON-STOP rewind unit for semi-automatic reel change at reduced speed. The rewind systems are designed for reel diameters between 60 (standars) and 120 cm.

This press is also designed with horizontal print units reducing lead screw wear and also allowing all print unit parts to be fully interchangeable, thus reducing the spare parts carried. Revers angle doctor blades are available for all units, add due to changing substrate it has been deemed necessary to provide 3.6 meters of drying as standard.

• This Machine is suitable to printing of rolling paper. Packing paper glass paper, P.P., P.E. and Polysterene bags.
• Robust construction minimizes space occupied and enhances productivity.
• Using hydraulic system to set the printing plates, it is easy and accurate. There will be no defects when starting and stopping the machine.
• The built-in impression counter can be presented and stops the machine automatically when the desired quality of prints is acquired, and starts again on reset.
• The throw-off or on action of printing cylinder is hydraulically operated. The interlocking mechanism keeps the inking rolls running to avoid drying of ink on such rolls, accomplishing the throw-off of printing cylinder.
• Using a hot-air dryer and a cold-air fan simultaneously, it makes the production more speedy. The dryer and fan will shut down automatically when the machine stops, it makes this machine more safe.
• The built-in stops the machine automatically.
